Very expensive during carnaval. The wifi didn't work and nobody wanted to make it work.

we arrived after a long days ( a flight, a long bus driving) we didn’t have a hot water in the shower!! the towels were dirty… we asked from the staff to solve it, we didn’t get any help from them ( he asked us to try fix the water by ourselves ) *a big dislike *

The stuff was friendly even though they couldn’t speak English.

From the hotel name I expect the hotel to have a to either have a view from the sea or be on the cost, it wasn’t. The internet was not working, I don’t know if this is related to the fact that my room was in the 5th floor. But the worst was that there was a smell in the room that I just couldn’t stand, I’m not sure if it was coming from old furniture or from the bed mattress but because of it I couldn’t sleep all night.

Café da manhã simples e básico, mas atendeu nossas necessidades.

Atendimento no check-in e desorganização dos funcionários do período da madrugada. Thamires foi a melhor funcionária, atenciosa, dedicada e sempre simpática. O pessoal da segurança muito preocupados e atenciosos e a faxina sempre impecável. O WI-FI é bem ruim, dificilmente pegava no nosso quarto e a localização não é muuito agradável.

Café da manhã fraquíssimo de opções, hotel foi reestruturado e não possui mais a piscina, muito barulho das camareiras nos quartos vizinhos.

Café da manhã bom, dessa vez o quarto tinha uma cama de casal, ao invés de dois colchões de solteiro juntos, o hotel eh bem localizado, próximo de praias, mercados, restaurantes, shoppings, toalhas e lençóis bons.

Mais uma vez o quarto estava c um cheiro enjoado,quase insuportável, e mais uma vez não consegui identificar a fonte desse cheiro, me parece ser dos produtos de limpeza, tem q deixar a janela do quarto por horas aberta pro cheiro sumir.... O acesso ao hotel eh um pouco crítico, localizado numa parte pouco movimentada da avenida e c iluminação precária, inclusivea a iluminação externa do próprio hotel, inexistente.... Reparei q está havendo uma desatenção dos funcionários ou do próprio hotel com a conservação dos iogurtes, antes ficavam condicionados com gelo pra manter a temperatura e qualidade, não estão tendo mais esse cuidado.... A variedade e qualidade de suco deixa a desejar.... Mais um ponto negativo eh falta de opções de canais na tv, simplesmente não tem nada de agradável pra assistir na programação q eles disponibilizam......
